3rd time asking !!!!!! PLEASE ANSWER IT WON’T TAKE THAT FLIPPING LONG!!!?

Most of my friends (guys and girls) are in a relationship, all my friends that are guys treat their girlfriends like crud and some how they don’t get dumped but they dump their girlfriend, and a lot of my friends that are guys are always have a boyfriend one minute then break up after a while then the next day get a new boyfriend with the snap of a finger.
I’ve been single for more than a year and a half. I know two girls like me and one might. But my parents won’t let me go on dates any more (and I live out of town) and I’m 15 and a freshmen. I want love in my heart not my pants. I’m pretty smart and not all good looking, and when it comes to computers I’m a genius and my avg. words per min. is about 70! (about the fastest time in my class)
